Your private shore excursion experience begins with a private taxi to meet you at the ship and take for a local traditional French breakfast.
The day ends with a local light lunch at a traditional Algerian street food restaurant before a private taxi returns you to the ship on time for departure.
For the period inbetween, private excursion customers can choose from a menu of experiences.
Breakfast: we enjoy a traditional French breakfast of fresh coffee, tea, wine, and a patiserie freshly baked.
Light Lunch: we visit one of the best Algerian street food restaurants in the north African quarter of Marseille. Beautiful food.

- Boutique Shopping: visit the local fashion, accessory and gift shops in Marseille.
- Private Tour of Fort St Jean, Cathedral Major and the Old Port.
- A visit to the local central market to view and buy the fresh produce.
- A walk around the historic old town of Marseille including Le Panier.
- A private taxi returns you to the ship.

Meeting Instructions: Leave the ship and walk directly to themain terminal (approximately 10-minute walk) to be met by our local excursion leader at the cruise terminal holding a sign with your name and the brand Like a Local.
